BRIEF OUTLINE OF RAGGED TOOTH SHARK SPECIALITY COURSE
This course highlights:
Ragged tooth shark introduction
- Ragged tooth shark taxonomy & classification
- Ragged tooth shark habitats and distribution
- Ragged tooth shark biology
- Ragged tooth shark behaviour
- Threats to Ragged tooth sharks
- 2 OPEN WATER DIVES TO:
- Estimate size, sex and number of Ragged tooth sharks encountered
- Recognise Ragged tooth shark external anatomical features
- Recognise Ragged tooth shark behaviour
Each participant is given course materials, together with a moulded Ragged tooth shark tooth and will be issued with a SharkLife / PADI certification on completion of the course. The PADI certification is optional and is in addition to the SharkLife certification
